The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Act Implementing the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What data do we collect?
Inquiry via form (inquiry assistant)
When you send us an inquiry, we process the data you enter yourself: name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, location of the facility, a note, and answers about the facility and consumption (e.g. type of facility, roof, monthly bill). We use the data exclusively to process your inquiry and create an offer.
Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp
If you contact us directly, we process the data you provide to us for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Website visits
During a visit, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, browser, page visited). This data is necessary for the security and proper operation of the site and we do not associate it with other data.
3. Legal basis
- Article 6, paragraph 1, point (b) GDPR – taking actions before concluding a contract at your request (inquiry, offer) and executing the contract
- Article 6, paragraph 1, point (a) GDPR – your consent (e.g. confirmation in the inquiry form)

4. Recipients and external services
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following services to operate the site:
- Hosting service provider – the server on which the website is located.
- Web3Forms – a service for sending inquiries from a form to our e-mail. The data from the form is forwarded to this service solely for the purpose of delivering the message.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta) – if you choose to send an inquiry via WhatsApp, the WhatsApp application opens and WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited) – to display the font, the browser loads files from Google servers, which transmits your IP address.
- OpenStreetMap (OpenStreetMap Foundation) – A map is displayed on the Contact page; your IP address is transmitted to the OpenStreetMap servers.
Some of the services listed may process data outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
5. How long do we keep data?
We store data from inquiries for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and possible cooperation. If cooperation does not occur, we delete the data no later than 12 months after the last contact. We store data from contracts and invoices for the periods prescribed by law (e.g. 11 years for accounting documentation).

You have the right at any time:

- to correct incorrect data
- to delete data ("right to be forgotten")
- to restrict processing
- to data portability
- to object to processing
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before withdrawal
